It is a performance with a postmodern obsession with strangeness in thinking about religion.
It is the SEARCH FOR THE TRACES OF THE OTHER in the story of man’s conflict with God … the other is present as a witness to the famous wager made in heaven. We call on the ACTOR to create the emotional wave of the spectacle by breaking the tame meanings that are known to everyone. HIOB is the idol of his people, a leader first valued and then suddenly despised… community scapegoated, a victim.
